What we collect
- Information you send us through our forms: name, phone, email, city or ZIP, project type, budget range and any message.
- Workshop registrations and newsletter sign ups.
- Basic usage data collected by analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel), such as pages viewed and device type, if you accept cookies.
- Phone calls you place to us, which may be logged by our phone system.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations and workshops, prepare proposals, run our projects, and understand which of our ads and pages are useful. We store inquiries in our customer relationship system.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example our CRM, email and scheduling tools), and when required by law.
